RE-SCREENING:

Question: Weather has damaged my screens, should that happen?
Answer: Common fiber screen becomes very brittle with the suns rays and loses it’s strength. An average life time of a screen is about 3 years. When nature attacks these brittle screens they are more than likely to tear. We can re-screen your window or door with new screen giving your home a fresh new look.

Question: My pet has clawed its way through my screen, what can you do?
Answer: Your screen can be replaced with a more pet resistant screen that your pets cannot claw through.

Question: What if my screen is falling out of the frame where the rubber is supposed to hold it in?
Answer: The rubber spline used is either too small or has become old and has lost its elasticity. To fix the problem we put new screen in with a new appropriate sized rubber spline.

CUSTOM SCREENING:

We can screen in any area. We build screens from scratch allowing the customer to choose size, color, and geometric shapes.

THERMOPANE WINDOWS:

We don't just replace screen we also replace cracked or leaking gas filled thermopane windows.

Question: What is a thermopane window, and how does it work in my favor?
Answer: A "thermopane" or double-paned window has two panes of glass, separated by a trapped air space. The trapped air acts as an insulator, reducing heat or air conditioning loss through the glass. (Taken from BChydro) If the seals or window is broken the heat or air conditioning is escaping from your house leading to higher energy bills.

Question: Why is there condensation or fog in between my windows?
Answer: The window is cracked or the seal has broken letting the gas escape and the ambient air in. Thermopain seals are guaranteed for 10 years after the date of the initial repair.

Question: I do not want to leave my house unprotected. Do you have to take the window out of the frame?
Answer: We only have to take the window out of the frame to measure the glass. Then we simply re-install the old glass temporarily until the new glass has been ordered and ready to install.

REMOVE AND REMOUNT SERVICE:

Question: I don't know how to or cannot take off these stubborn screens or windows. Can you help?
Answer: Our customers can take advantage of our services when we come to their homes to repair their screens. For an additional $5 /screen (with a cap of $20 per visit) we will take your stubborn screens off and place them back on after we re-screen them.
